The mount itself works as advertised, but the 3/8 bolt is a piece of crap. After about 10 minutes on my car and driving over 2 speed bumps, the bolt sheered and dropped my antenna on the street (a 20m Hamstick). If your are going to buy this thing, be prepared to buy more bolts to fix the cheap ones that come with this thing.
